Our Team

Adrienne Anderson
Helping expectant families prepare for the birth of their child and adjust to life postpartum are my favorite ways to serve families. I've been teaching childbirth education since 2011, motivated by the birth of my first child. I joined the world of group exercise in 2015.
To connect my two passions of birth and fitness, I completed my Pre & Post-natal Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer certificates. I also serve as a birth doula for families in the Quad Cities. Being a part of the pivotal experience that is the childbearing year is truly a pleasure.
