Our Team

Adrienne Anderson

Helping expectant families prepare for the birth of their child and adjust to life postpartum are my favorite ways to serve families. I've been teaching childbirth education since 2011, motivated by the birth of my first child. I joined the world of group exercise in 2015.

To connect my two passions of birth and fitness, I completed my Pre & Post-natal Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer certificates. I also serve as a birth doula for families in the Quad Cities. Being a part of the pivotal experience that is the childbearing year is truly a pleasure.

Sarah Moore
I have been supporting families in their birthing experiences since 2011 as a doula. I wanted to support people to feel empowered and in control of their births. My third birth as a doula was a home birth. Instant love! I watched as the midwife quietly assessed and facilitated the birthing process. She provided safety and guidance as the child came earthside. She was hands on, supportive, and comforting. My life was forever changed.

In 2018, I earned the credential of Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) from the North American Registry of Midwives and the Midwifery Bridge Certificate in 2020. I continue to strive to make my practice open and inclusive for all birthing persons. I am committed to providing individualized, evidence-based and supportive care in the community birth setting. I also provide placenta encapsulation and perineal steaming.

I am also honored to serve as the Vice President and Secretary for the Illinois Council of Certified Professional Midwives, the state chapter of the National Association of Certified Professional Midwives.
